Sturdy and functional cutter.

Description

With the TF-MAX range of manual cutters, RUBI offers professional ceramic tile fixers a robust and functional tool. TF-MAX manual cutters are ideal for intensive cutting of ceramic tiles, especially for working with glazed stoneware tiles (BIIa or BIII type) and for frequent cutting of porcelain stoneware (BIa).

The main feature distinguishing TF-MAX manual cutters from other RUBI ranges, and especially models with a single point breaker, is its wooden base with waterproof protection to offer professionals greater durability of the tool. The large lateral stop facilitates direct measurement of the cuts, making them easier and more accurate, and allowing a better grip of the tile, both in straight cuts and at 45 degrees.

All models in the TF-MAX range of manual cutters include a practical high performance single point breaker with 800 kg maximum breaking pressure for cutting very hard materials with thicknesses of up to 15 mm.

This breaker includes the SMART POWER function via which the breaker itself regulates the breaking pressure depending on the thickness of the tile, applying maximum pressure to materials of greater thickness.

The bimaterial handles on the TF-MAX manual cutters, with an impeccable ergonomic design, give the user greater comfort while working.

TF-MAX manual cutters are equipped with two chromed steel guides, rectified and calibrated, and with anti-corrosion treatment. This double guide system offers the user better and greater visibility of the scoring line, thus obtaining high precision in every cut. The possibility of using the full range of RUBI interchangeable scoring wheels from 6 to 22 mm, allows for adapting TF-MAX manual cutters to each ceramic material, and achieving maximum performance and cut quality.

TF-MAX manual cutters include one 8 mm scoring wheel as standard, and are available in two sizes, 93 cm and 66 cm. The latter also come in a high-strength transport case version.
