Cette structure est appel\u00e9e b\u00e9ton<strong>. Ce mat\u00e9riau est la base de la plupart des b\u00e2timents modernes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le ciment Portland a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 par le constructeur Joseph Aspdin en 1824.&nbsp;<strong>Son nom provient de la similitude de sa couleur avec les pierres&nbsp;de l\u2019\u00eele de Portland,<\/strong> dans le sud du Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FABRICATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fabrication du ciment Portland s\u2019effectue en&nbsp;<strong>3 phases : pr\u00e9paration du m\u00e9lange de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, cuisson et pr\u00e9paration du ciment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration du m\u00e9lange de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res est effectu\u00e9e dans les carri\u00e8res, d\u2019o\u00f9 les mati\u00e8res sont extraites. Ces fours ont la forme d\u2019un cylindre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inclin\u00e9&nbsp;et qui tourne lentement. La temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du four augmente le long du cylindre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre 1400 degr\u00e9s. Cette temp\u00e9rature provoque la vitrification ou la fonte des mat\u00e9riaux. Avec ce processus, un mat\u00e9riau sp\u00e9cial appel\u00e9 clinker est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La phase de pr\u00e9paration du ciment Portland est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e apr\u00e8s refroidissement du<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>clinker.<\/strong> Cette phase consiste \u00e0 broyer le clinker pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une poudre tr\u00e8s fine.
