Quality policy
GERMANS BOADA, S.A. is a company dedicated to the Design, manufacture and marketing of machinery, tools, equipment and professional products for construction.
A quality management system is maintained based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, as a tool to satisfy the interested parties (customers, suppliers, administration, banks, shareholders).
The quality of the products and services they offer are intended to be a true reflection of the expectations of each type of client, thus ensuring the long-term success of the company. For this purpose, the following principle is established, declared, assumed and communicated to the entire organization and interested parties:
The corporate goal of Germans Boada S.A. and of the companies of the Group with respect to quality is to offer only products that with the technology and the means available can be manufactured with full customer satisfaction, without accepting any condition that may affect the optimal quality of the products and/or services, complying at all times with the client's requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, if any.
The above requirements must be transferred to the entire organization in a documented manner and, at the same time, the quality requirements of the organization must be transmitted to the suppliers.
The Management Team is the main person in charge of the definition, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System, as well as of distributing this Quality Policy and defining the Quality Goals that are set annually.
Quality management is a common task for all members and levels of the company. In this sense, each worker of Germans Boada, S.A. and of the companies of the Group, must be responsible for their tasks assigned by the Management of the company and must be respectful of the work environment. Likewise, each job position is both a client and supplier of others, and employees must work with this mindset.
In order to achieve these commitments to quality management, each worker must receive the information and training required for their job.
Germans Boada S.A. and the Group companies aim at a continuous improvement of their Quality Management System, and that is why they use the PHVA method (Plan, Do, Verify and Act to achieve continuous improvement), identified in the standard by which the certification of the SGC is maintained.
