These principles are to be embraced across the entire organisation, ensuring that our suppliers also meet the applicable requirements.
The Management Team holds ultimate responsibility for defining, implementing, and monitoring the Management System, setting periodic objectives, and ensuring this Policy is communicated and understood throughout the organisation.
To meet these commitments, every employee of RUBI TOOLS GROUP, S.A., and its Group companies must take responsibility for the tasks assigned by company management and maintain a respectful approach to the work environment. Each role is both a customer and a supplier to others within the organisation — a mindset that forms the foundation of how we work.
To ensure all employees are equipped to uphold these responsibilities, they will receive the necessary information and training relevant to their roles.
